I dag lagde jeg havregrøt med knuste linfrø til guttene, og det synes de er helt topp.
Oppskriften er som følger (til 2 barn):
2,5 dl havregryn (lettkokte)
5 dl. vann
1/2 ts salt
1-2 ss knuste linfrø
Kok opp havregryn, linfrø og vann, småkokes i ca 3 minutter. Tilsett salt på slutten.

Valnøtter
Tørket banan
Et dryss kanel
