Hos oss blir matpakkene spist med mer matglede når det er litt ekstra småplukk oppi. Det behøver ikke være så komplisert, iblant er det nok med en stabel med agurkskiver eller noen nøtter.
Her har jeg funnet frem muffinsformer i silikon, og fylt dem med:

Det sto nylig i avisene at forskerne anbefaler 8 om dagen - i stedet for 5. Det betyr 8 porsjoner med grønnsaker og frukt hver dag, 800 gram for en voksen person. Det er ikke alltid så lett å spise nok av dette, men med litt ekstra til frokost og i matpakken kan man i alle fall spise litt grønt eller frukt til alle måltider.
